This build focuses on utilizing a basic skill for high-speed screen clearing and massive single-target boss damage. This build is one of the most versatile builds inthe game, allowing you to swap passives on the fly to change the range of your attacks, changing your AoE range while keeping your damage exactly the same.

Gameplay Rotation

The build functions by stacking multipliers that are only active while in your ultimate form.

• Setup: Cast Arbiter of Justice (Ultimate) as soon as it’s off cooldown. This form gives you wing strikes that apply Vulnerable and unlocks massive multipliers from your gear.

• Spam attacks: Use Brandish as your primary attack. It bounces around you and clears mobs automatically.

• Movement: Combine Arbiter Form’s long-distance evade with boots that reduce evade cooldown when you attack. This allows you to "attack-evade" repeatedly to fly through maps.

• Boss Fights: Swap your passive inside Brandish to Cross Strike for larger AoE, and Returning Light for the lucky hit chances it provides for more buffs.
