The Lunging Strike Barbarian build is a fast, tanky setup that revolves around chaining Wrath of the Berserker, spamming Lunging Strike, and using cooldown resets to stay permanently Berserking and Unstoppable. It’s designed for boss killing, pit pushing, and speed farming in Diablo 4 Season 11.
The Lunging Strike Barbarian is a straightforward yet powerful build that thrives on speed, resilience, and relentless aggression. By combining unique items like Ramaladni’s Magnum Opus, Hooves of the Mountain God, and Paingorger’s Gauntlets, this setup transforms a basic skill into a devastating engine of damage. It’s easy to play, highly tanky, and excels in both endgame boss fights and fast farming runs.
Gameplay Loop
1. Open with Wrath of the Berserker → grants Fury generation, damage boosts, and pulls enemies in.
2. Buff with Shouts, Rallying Cry & War Cry → further Fury generation and damage amplification.
3. Start your Lunging Strike spam → your main damage dealer, cleaving multiple enemies thanks to Hooves of the Mountain God.
4. Use Ground Stomp when needed → resets Wrath of the Berserker cooldown, keeping you permanently Berserking and Unstoppable.
5. Rinse and Repat cycle → maintain buffs, keep Fury high, and stay aggressive.

Ugly Bastard: The build is designed to constantly be using our Ultimate before it end, renewing its buff constantly which will grant us some additional damage from this item.
One-handed Weapons: Both Uniques are choosen to amplify our Basic Attack spam and damage, keeping our Fury elevated to maximize our damage output.
Hooves of the Mountain God: This item transforms our basic skill into a wide cleave as long as we can maintain the increased Fury cost.
Paingorger's Gauntlets: These gloves amplify our Basic skill levels and grant us a large damage bonus.
