The Golem Commander Necromancer is a fresh take on the summoner playstyle in Diablo 4 Season 11. Built around the synergy between Hellbent Commander, Corpse generation, and Aspect-driven minion buffs, this build unleashes a pack of wolves and a hulking golem to tear through enemies while the Necromancer supports with corpse skills and debuffs. It’s ideal for players who enjoy commanding undead forces and want a build that’s viable for both speed farming and high-end dungeon pushing — all without needing mythic gear.
Gameplay
Pre-Fight Setup: Apply Curses first—Decrepify (for Slow/DR and CDR) and Iron Maiden (for Essence/Healing)—to immediately activate the huge damage multipliers from the Amplify and Frailty Paragon Glyphs. Follow up with Blight to trigger the Deadriser Glyph's damage-taken debuff on enemies.
Main Damage Phase: Use Decompose to generate Essence and Corpses. Cast the Ultimate Soulrift on cooldown to apply Vulnerable and gain burst damage. Spend Essence using Sever.
Sustain: Use Reap for quick 15% Damage Reduction and emergency Essence.
Goal: Maintain Vulnerable and the Curse debuffs (40%[x] bonus) while the Golem/Minions, powered by Kalan's Edict and Paragon bonuses, deal the primary damag
