About
This new variation of the Rain of Arrows archetype thrives on wide-area control, layering damage multipliers, and exploiting affix synergy. The newest season reworks have slightly altered the build, adding in Pentrating Shot to the build for more single target damage. We also focus in on freezing and cold damage mechanics to add more damage to the build and help with crowd control.
Gameplay Rotation
This build doesn't have a set rotation pattern, it is more about constantly moving and using Pentrating Shot as your opening hits, then spamming your Ultimate skill whenever it is available. The design of the build is to the Rain of Arrows Ultimate Skill in a state of spammability while you use your other skills debuff enemies and imbuements to support your Cold damage.

Notable Gear:
Aspects: Targets cold mechanics and helps to create clones for extra damages.
Umbracrux: Creates a totem to boost our damage.
Azurewrath: Adds to our cold damage output.
Skill Tree and Talisman
Rogue Basic Cluster
Rain of Arrows: This is our AoE spam skill, it should be always up or on a very short cooldown.
Penetrating Shot: This hit damage piercing skill to take out Elites and Bosses.
Cold Imbuement: Adds cold damage to the build.
Smoke Grenade and Concealment: Used to debuff the enemies and helped buff our character.
Dark Shroud: We stack up shrouds for buffs and defensive layers.
