This build transforms the Blood Wave ultimate into a spammable, screen-clearing engine. By combining high cooldown reduction with items that cause Blood Wave to trigger multiple times and leave behind damaging pools, the build achieves massive area-of-effect damage while maintaining high survivability through constant healing and fortification.

Gameplay Rotation:

This build uses alot of curses and key positioning to wipe out packs of enemies with our Blood Wave, each situation will be somewhat different, but the gameplay loop is quite basic. Below is list of the skills and what we use them for:

• Blood Wave: The centerpiece of the build. Used to clear entire rooms and generate massive amounts of Blood Orbs.

• Blood Orbs: Used to generate Essence and boost our damage when the ultimate is briefly on cooldown.

• Corpse Tendrils: Essential for pulling enemies into the center of the Blood Wave's path and applying vulnerability.

• Blood Mist: Your primary defensive skill, providing "Unstoppable" and a way to reposition safely.

• Decrepify: Slows enemies and provides a chance to reduce active cooldowns on hit, ensuring Blood Wave is always ready.

• Iron Maiden: Used to restore Essence and increase damage against cursed targets.
