Druid Beginner Leveling Build Guide
Last Updated: Mar 08, 2026 by Team ActionRPG
About
This guide outlines the Companion Pulverize Druid, a high-survivability leveling build. The strategy utilizes your companions to control the battlefield with poison, setting the stage for massive Werebear slams. This build focuses on using your companions to deal damage and create expansive fields of poison. By trapping enemies in these fields, you empower your Werebear transformations, specifically Pulverize, to deal significantly increased damage. The build is designed to be safe and simple, prioritizing cooldown resets through Spirit Boons and high defense to ensure a smooth journey to the level cap.
Gameplay Loop
The synergy of this build relies on fighting inside your own poison zones:
Initiate: Cast Poison Creeper to immobilize enemies and spread poison across the battlefield.
Transform: Charge in using your Werebear skills. Combat should take place inside the Poison Creeper field whenever possible.
Generate & Buff: Cycle Maul to generate Spirit, maintain buffs, and keep yourself Fortified.
Execute: Spam Pulverize as your primary AoE damage dealer. This skill consumes the poison status on enemies to trigger massive damage spikes and benefits from increased skill ranks through your gear.
What is this build for?
This build walks you through a basic skilltree build from Basic skills to your Key passive, setting you up for a simple structured build you can use to experience the game as a new player to the Druid. This build can be enhanced further and can be played all the way to max level, however, the idea of the build is to help introduce players to the fundamental playstyle for the Druid class. Once you reach the end of this build, you will be able to move towards any of our Druid Endgame build guides with the a solid amount of resources and hopefully gear drops to move towards max level.
